If SRMD cancels a service, you will be eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges). Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

10. Product Returns

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify SRMD within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

11. Changes to Terms

SRMD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
