Meditation
An accessible session introducing mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques. You will practice breath awareness, body scanning, and compassion meditation.

Senior Yoga
Nourish & Stretch: A Healthy Start for Seniors is a wellness initiative offering a wholesome breakfast to seniors attending bi-monthly yoga sessions. Aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being for over-65s in the Parramatta Council area, each session includes a nutritious fruit platter, yoghurt, and healthy toast or sandwiches to support post-yoga recovery and overall health.
